We may share personal information where necessary with organisations that help us provide our products and services, including payment processing providers such as Stripe, delivery and courier companies, accounting and professional advisers, and providers of IT, website and business administration services.

How long we keep information
We retain financial and transactional records, including information necessary to identify customers, transactions and deliveries, for the periods required by UK tax and accounting legislation. These records are normally retained for six years following the end of the relevant financial year. Other personal information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected. Payment card information is not stored by HYKK Solutions Limited and payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
